    Please provide shipping address, billing address (if different), phone number, tax number and contact name. Do not include credit card number on emailed orders, customer service will contact you for this information.

  • Shipping

    All orders are shipped through UPS unless otherwise specified. Orders over 200lbs are usually shipped by truck freight. Please indicate any special needs when ordering such as liftgate service, residential delivery or delivery notification. Consignee is responsible for any additional charges assessed by freight companies due to special needs not specified to us prior to shipment.

    We will determine shipping method for tumbled stone mixes that are shipped free freight.

  • Damages or Shortages

    Please note any visible damages on the bill of lading before signing for the shipment. Damages and shortages must be reported within 10 days of receipt of shipment. Save all packing material for inspection if a claim needs to be filed.

  • Returns

    If you receive damaged product or you are not satisfied with the quality of the merchandise, please contact customer service for return authorization. We will exchange or refund the item if returned in the original condition within 10 days. A restocking fee may apply.

    No custom imprinted items may be returned for credit.
